Returns- Due To COVID, All Items Are Final Sale. Exchanges Only

If you would like to return your item(s) for any reason. We accept returns to exchange within seven (7) upon receipt. Returned item(s) must not be worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached. Rene' Tyler.com will not accept any returns postmarked after seven (7) days of the delivery date, or if the item(s) were purchased on sale. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. After we receive your return, we will issue you a refund if applicable or store credit for your returned item(s) if we do not have the size that you need.

Custom Orders Are Final Sale. No Exceptions.

SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Exchanges
You may exchange your item(s) if they are too small/too big, defective, or damaged.  If it was purchased on sale, then you are not allowed to make an exchange unless the item is defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange for an item, send us an email at renetylerdesigns@gmail.com and send your item to 197 Bundy Street, Henderson, Nevada, 89074, United States. You are only allowed one exchange per item. You are responsible for the shipping fees to return your exchange to you.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift in the notes section of the cart when purchased you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, store credit will be issued to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on when your exchange is processed the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
