Frequently Asked Questions


Where Do You Ship?
We ship to all 50 states in the US, excluding PO Boxes and US Air Force/Military Bases. When ordering online, please ensure that all your information is correct and accurate. We are not responsible for any lost packages. Once it leaves our store's location, we are no longer in control of it.



Are All Of The Pieces Original Rene' Tyler Designs?
No. Anything that does not have a Rene' Tyler label on the garment is not made by our designer Angela Rene', and her team. All of our other pieces come from manufacturers.



It depends on what shipping option you choose. Orders are processed Monday-Friday only. Delivery details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Due to delays within the United States Postal Service, delivery dates are subject to change.



Can I Return/Exchange My Items?
We always aim to make sure our customers love their pieces, but we understand that with online ordering, it can be hard to find the perfect fit. You can exchange an item, but it must be sent back to us in its original condition (all tags must be attached, cannot be altered in any way, no stains, etc)



Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes, when you spend $200.00 or more, you will automatically receive free shipping.



Are You Looking For Models?
Depending on the season, we may be looking for new faces to represent our brand. If you feel you'd be a great fit for Rene' Tyler, kindly contact us via email at renetylerdesigns@gmail.com with your stats, comp card, and Instagram handle. We will not consider any submissions via direct message. NO EXCEPTIONS.



Do You Collaborate With Other Brands?
Yes! We're always open to working with creative, like-minded companies who have a similar vision for what the plus-size industry needs. You can get in touch with our Creative Director, Chase Tyler, via our contact us page on how to move forward.

Rentals

We offer rentals featuring everything from couture evening gowns to one-of-a-kind garments. Prices vary based on the garment selected. All rentals require a credit card on file and must be scheduled by appointment to allow for fittings and inventory selection.

Unlike our pull services, this option is open to more than just stylists—perfect for weddings, galas, formal events, and other special occasions where only the best will do.

Styling

Professional styling services are offered, not restricted to the Rene' Tyler brand, with rates beginning at $500 for the first look. Additional charges may apply depending on the quantity of items to be styled. Please remember that wardrobe costs are excluded.

Our experienced team has worked with celebrity clients, music talent, and corporate professionals. Styling services are led by Creative Director Chase Tyler and Rene' Tyler CEO Angela Rene'

Pulls

Rene' Tyler offers exclusive pull services limited to an approved list of high-profile celebrities, stylists, and industry professionals. A pull fee is required and covers garment cleaning. A valid major credit card must be kept on file to cover any potential damages.

Clients must also provide a FedEx, UPS, or USPS label/account with insurance added for the full value of the merchandise. Pulls are reserved strictly for editorial features, media press, and major red-carpet events.
